Single cold-pressed, non-GMO artisan canola oil is grown by a group of dedicated Canadian prairie farmers in Saskatchewan, the world's ideal climate for canola.
Our farmers are located within a 150-mile radius of the local pressing plant in Saskatoon. The smaller single processing method we use adheres to European standards for cold-pressing. This assures the canola oil never exceeds 50°C/122°F during pressing. This method not only preserves the oil's natural amber color and light nutty flavor, it qualifies as a good source of Vitamin E, an antioxidant and contains 1.5 g of Omega-3.
