Bison Sage Burger

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Rosedale ground bison
  • 2 Tbs. minced onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic Garden minced garlic
  • ½ tsp each salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. PineView Farms bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon fat
  • 2 tsp ground sage
  • ¼ cup cooked Northern Lights wild rice
  • 2 slices dry whole wheat bread, crumbled
  • 2 Elite Poultry farm fresh eggs
  • Coteau Hills Creamery feta cheese

  • optional: Droolin' Devil Chipotle Hot Sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and form into patties using a half cup measure, yielding 6 patties. Grill each side approximately 6 minutes.Finish with Droolin’ Devil Chipotle Sauce for extra kick and top with crumbled feta cheese!
